Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and keep our customers satified with smooth transactions. We do not accept returns on special orders. To make a return, you would need a RMA form with unique RMA # from us. Please give us a call or send us an email within 30 days of your order delivery date and we'll send you a pre-registered RMA form. This form may be printed, filled out, and sent with your return for faster processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state (unused, not worn). When returning items for exchange in the same category of products, you will receive the same quantity discount as your original order. All other items will be calculated as a new order. The quantity discount pricing will be based on the number of items placed on the new order. Please add $5.00 for domestic order, and $15 for international order to cover the postage and handling. WickedBodyJewelz is not responsible for postage on returned items. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received assortable or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept. In rare occasions, when defective or wrong item has been shipped to our customer, we will provide a return label with the RMA form.
