How can i search for products quickly at WickedBodyJewelz?

You can quickly find what you are looking for by entering a description or unique identifier of the product in the keyword search box in the upper right hand corner of every page.  Also use our "shopping option" filtering on top of every category page to narrow down your search.
 

What's the best way to shop?

Navigate through different categories on the left column of the category page.  you'll find categories further divided into different types and sizes.  To futher narrow down your selections, use our filtering option under "shopping options."
 

Are all the products sold individually or pairs?

Unlike many of our body jewelry competitors, we sell most of our body jewelry products in pairs to meet your demand.  Make sure to check the description for either "sold as a pair" or "sold individually."
 
 
Order Information:

Do I have to make an account with WickedBodyJewelz to order?

If you feel uncomfortable in making an account with us, we do offer guest checkout system. Opening an account with WickedBodyJewelz gives you the access to your previous orders and save your cart/wishlist information next time you visit!

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have not received a shipping tracking number in your email, please call us at 1-661-310-1659 and speak with one of our customer service reps.  If you have the tracking number, please check USPS Tracking & Confirm.

How can I add a Promo Code?

Promo Codes can be added on your cart before checkout. If the promotion do not require a promo code, the discount will automatically apply if you have the required items in the cart before checkout.

Will my shopping cart be saved if I leave the site?

If you are logged in to your Wicked Body Jewelz account, items in your cart and wishlist are saved for up to 365 days.

What are your Service hours?

Our Customer Service hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-4:30PM PST.
 

Do you ship internationally? and if so, to where?

We do ship internationally worldwide. We ship mainly to Europe and Canada.  But we have no problem shipping elsewhere.  The shipping cost varies based on the location and weight.
 

I ordered a wrong size, what should i do?

We are more than happy to exchange to the right size. Refer to our Returns & Exchange policy.  If you have further questions, call one of our customer service reps.
